Why? Because it is written:
[18] There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. - (1 John 4:18 ESV)
There is no love in Satan’s ranks. Therefore fear has not been cast out. Fear has to do with punishment. All the devils know they will be punished for every thought word and deed of theirs. Let’s take the enemy seriously. But let’s remember he doesn’t have the most important thing: peace with God.
Though we are younger and less experienced, we have the most important thing: by the blood of Christ, a peaceful connection to all wisdom, love, power and authority—God Himself. Glory to Your name forever, abba, forever and ever. Great is Your name for the mercy You have shown us. Amen.
